Tectura Head Office

After decades of serving as a dated, beige monolith in a suburban corporate park, the Tectura Global Head Office was ready for a new place to call home. A former bridal boutique was carefully restored and transformed into the company’s new headquarters, reimagining the building and reviving its once lost allure.

The gut renovation stripped away the dark granite and enclosed floors, replacing them with modern aesthetic, open collaborative workspaces, and internal “living walls” that filters air throughout the atrium.

The rebranding process went beyond the physical structure, introducing a vibrant new logo, color palette, and revitalized amenities. These included a rooftop garden and coffee bar, to reposition the property as a dynamic, wellness-focused hub for the creative economy.
